Oliver Wight expand, introducing Integrated Business Planning to Perth

It’s a new year, which means new growth for business consultants, Oliver Wight as it launches its services into Perth, Western Australia in conjunction with M8 Consulting.  Already established in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, the expansion will begin with an ‘Introduction to Integrated Business Planning’ workshop in Perth on the 23rd March, offering companies the first stepping-stone to understanding the huge benefits IBP can bring to their business.

 The one-day workshop is aimed at different industries looking to introduce a planning process to equip them with the ability to prepare for the future, by aligning business strategy over a 24-36 month horizon. Attendees can find out how IBP works. It is a proven, sustainable approach, which will be presented through real-life case studies within food and beverage, pharmaceutical, FMCG, retail, service, manufacturing, government and science.

During the session, Oliver Wight will guide delegates through the process, providing a learning experience to help individuals start their journey for change.  This includes a discussion on the key roles of the IBP process, and why people play such a crucial part in creating the right environment for change.
